Pros
Pro Account templates are terrific
The account templates are so powerful that you can save all your account security information in one record. For your google account, besides the password, you can save OTP, recovery code and email addresses. For Facebook, you can save emergency contacts as well. For Apple ID, the security questions can also be saved.
Pro Advanced Phishing Detection
Now, ID Guard Offline (Android) can,
- identify FAKE apps to prevent them from stealing your passwords.
- identify insecure websites served via HTTP connection and warn you against passwords leaking.
- display information requested by Autofill, such as username, password, etc. to prevent malicious websites or apps from stealing your passwords by hiding password boxes. (A malicious website or app might hide the password box to make you mistakenly think that you are not filling password, but actually you are.)

Con Closed Source
Not being open source means that you have to trust them for what they say. Trusting someone with all your passwords is never a good idea.
